Warranty
Plugins sold and distributed by Funnelsio d.o.o are provided with the expectation that they will be of value to users, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Our products are guaranteed to function correctly on a fresh installation of the minimum, stable, and required version of WordPress and WooCommerce. However, due to the vast and diverse range of plugins available, we cannot guarantee that our products will work with all third-party plugins, themes, or browsers. We do not accept responsibility for any conflicts or compatibility issues that may arise from third-party software, nor will we be held accountable for any data loss resulting from the use of our products. In the event of conflicts with third-party software, we may choose to offer support at our discretion.
Support
We, at Funnelsio d.o.o, offer our products “as is”, without any guarantee that they will function according to your specific requirements or that they will be compatible with all third-party components and plugins. Our support services are exclusively available to customers who have an active, paid extension license. For yearly licenses, support and updates are provided for a period of one year from the date of purchase. After this period, customers must renew their license to continue receiving support and updates. For purchases that include an automatically renewing subscription, support will be provided for as long as the subscription remains active. For lifetime licenses, support and updates are granted for the entire lifetime of the product following the original purchase. We provide support and updates for our products only as long as they are actively in development. In the event that any of the following occur, we will no longer be liable for providing support:
1. The product is no longer actively developed by us.
2. Funnelsio d.o.o is acquired or purchased by another company.
3. WordPress or WooCommerce are no longer actively developed.
While we strive to offer the best possible support for our products, we cannot guarantee that every support inquiry will be resolved to the satisfaction of the customer or within their desired timeframe. Our support services cover pre-sale questions, basic support queries, installation assistance, troubleshooting, and bug fixes. However, please note that we do not offer support for custom coding in PHP, HTML or JavaScript, or for modifying styling through CSS. Additionally, we do not provide set-up and configuration services for our plugins.
Automatic Updates

That’s why we offer automatic updates to our license holders who possess an active and legitimate subscription, along with a valid license key. Our company strives to deliver the best customer experience by providing automatic updates for all our products purchased through our website. Rest assured, our license key will remain active and valid as long as you require it. You won’t have to go through the hassle of manually updating our products, as our automatic updates will take care of everything seamlessly.
Plugin Delivery
Once your payment has been processed successfully, you will receive an email containing your order number and other purchase details. Additionally, you will receive an email with your login credentials, which will include your chosen email address as your username and an automatically generated password. You can use this information to access your Funnelsio Gamifier account.
You may download the product and view your license key or manage your account at any time by logging into your account area.
If you do not receive an email containing your purchase information, you can contact us to request it.
You will have access to re-download purchased files as long as your license key is valid. However, if your license key expires, access to the associated files will be discontinued until you renew your license key.
Price changes
We retain the right to alter, adjust, terminate, or enhance a product subscription and/or license key without any prior notification or agreement. The prices of all products are subject to modification without prior notification or agreement.
Refund Policy
Our commitment to customer satisfaction is paramount, and we stand behind our products with confidence. However, we understand that not every product may work perfectly for everyone at all times. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or experience issues that prevent you from using the system, we may consider granting a refund. Refunds are subject to our sole discretion and must meet the following conditions:
